That would be Baron von Ratchke, who used to threaten Bruno Sammartino with "The Claw" on a weekly basis. Highly amusing.
I had a couple of guesses, but knew they had to be wrong. Baron Mikel Sicluna (from the Isle of Malta) fit the Baron category. But he sucked in the WWF mainly.
