Trivia Art Has an Explosion of Taste in His Mouth

Trivia Art made an appearance on Throwdown with Bobby Flay last night. Things went pretty smoothly until the 1:49 mark, when Art says of the sandwich, "It was an explosion of taste in my mouth." Needless to say, he will not live that line down for the remainder of his natural life. It is, without question, my favorite TV moment since Bill Henley told Miss America that she had a nice box. Next time you see Art, be sure to tell him that seeing him on TV was like an explosion of taste in your mouth.

I'm sure he was a star, but he will never quite reach the level of stardom he reached as Bruno in "Math on Demand".

The thing to remember is that Bobby Flay is a co*ksu*ker so his comment is right on target.
so to speak....

After watching Art's clip, I saw that Bobby Flay's Throwdown was on Food Network and it is a really entertaining show for a food program (most of them are literally as entertaining as watching water boil). Flay lost at arroz con pollo in a Puerto Rican restaurant and tied at a Texas chili cookoff. Art allowed Flay to win one....and I still don't know what was in his sandwich other than bacon, goat and feta cheese---I know there is something green in there. So was the Pop Shop owner joking about having him done in?

I'm still alive so Stink hasn't gotten me yet. And if his orders have gone up like Foobooz's pageviews I think we'll be cool.

The green things were avocado and green tomatoes. The tomatoes are what caused an explosion.
