Fran is Now an Officer

Fran is Now an Officer was able to squeak past the Missing Heads on Wednesday night, 84-83. Now I have no idea who this "Fran" is, but I looked up Fran online and lo and behold, I came up with this. Now that's "Fran-tastic!"
